Thank goodness, I had nothing to worry about!Teeth Cleaning is very important because it removes tartar and plaque build-up from the surfaces of the teeth as well as those hidden in between and under the gums that brushing alone cannot remove. It is recommended that you have your teeth cleaned twice a year to maintain a good oral health.
Laser Teeth Whitening
Last July, I came back to the clinic to try their Laser Teeth Whitening treatment. I drink coffee almost everyday so this treatment is perfect for me. The treatment uses high concentrations of hydrogen or carbamide peroxide to penetrate the enamel and change the color of the dentine underneath.In my experience, the bleaching agent was painted onto my teeth and then a laser was shone on my teeth to activate the whitening. They did three rounds of this procedure and each round took about 20-30 minutes.
Laser Teeth Whitening is a safe procedure but it's best that you check it with the dentist first because it's not for everyone. People with very sensitive teeth and gums, breastfeeding or lactating women, are just a few of those who are not advised to have this treatment.
